New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin: God mad at America, but also at blacks



WTF??!?

What is this guy's problem? So now hurricanes have specific agendas and target black neighborhoods? I think he been drinking some of that street water or something, cause he sounds like a real jackass...

Wow, you are right. He must have been drinking the "water" or maybe the moonshine he was drinking was a little strong.
